My wife got her favorite, sweet potato noodles and steak...they were out of steak so she had to wait. Once the steak came out, the manager, ignoring her bowl, gave all the steak away to people behind her and she had to wait for it to be made again. I'm furious. On top of this, her noodles were cold. I normally like Bibibop but this was ahorrible interaction
i love this place and come here all the time and have never had a bad experience but today i had tried to order the miso salmon because i do not eat other types of meat typically and the lady serving me rolled her eyes at me and tried to get me to order something else because it wasn’t ready. I was the only customer and fine with wanting. i have always been kind and never complain im fine with waiting but for her to roll her eyes at me was mean rude and unprofessional. i have never had a bad experience with waiting and i dont mind everyone before has been kind about it until her.
Finally a real food, clean & vegan friendly option in the YO! Employees super nice & helpful. Our 🍜 were each delish! Can't wait to treat my daughter & I again soon! Replaces Chipotle for her. 🙏🏻 Great prices as well, honestly! A meal under $10! Whuuutttt?
